1. About this website

This website presents poems, stories, songs, illustrations, videos and information by or about Lesley P. Vickery. Content may be added, corrected, moved or removed from time to time.

2. Family use and adult supervision

The creative material is suitable for family enjoyment, but this website is not intended to create accounts for children or collect personal information directly from them. A parent, guardian, teacher or other responsible adult should supervise a child’s use of the website and make any contact or purchase on the child’s behalf.

3. Copyright and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the poems, stories, characters, recordings, illustrations, page artwork, logos and other original material on this website are owned by Lesley P. Vickery and are protected by copyright and other applicable rights.

You may view and enjoy the material for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, adapt, upload, distribute, perform publicly, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or commercially exploit the material without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits the use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or send unlawful, threatening, abusive or inappropriate material.

5. Messages and enquiries

Please provide accurate contact information when making an enquiry. Sending a message does not create a commercial agreement or guarantee a particular response time. Do not send confidential information or personal information about a child.

Links to YouTube and other external websites are provided for convenience. External sites have their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for material or services controlled by an external provider.

7. Orders, prices and availability

If products or paid services are offered, descriptions and prices will be stated as clearly as reasonably possible. Availability may change. An enquiry or provisional request is not accepted as an order until the details, price, delivery arrangements and any applicable charges have been confirmed.

Where freight or special delivery is required, please contact us before sending goods or incurring charges. Freight, work or other costs should not be undertaken or billed until the arrangements have been agreed.

We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise that every page will always be available or free from mistakes, interruptions or harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general content.
